HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Was your order not as expected or do you want a different size?

CANCELLATION

30 days full and free returns are given on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.

FREE RETURN IN DENMARK

BY CHANGE OR RETURN

  1. Fill out the form (enclosed with your order)
  2. Protect the goods in the same packaging as they were received in. Recycle the blue shipping bag or use another bag for protection.
  3. Put the enclosed return label on the outside of the package and deliver it to the nearest post office or at another PostNord delivery location.

EXCHANGE

If you want a new size, simply order it online while it is still in stock. We make sure to quickly refund the money for your “wrong size” as soon as they are received.

RETURN

We will refund your money when we receive the return. You will receive a “credit memo” by mail, which is information that the refund has been made. After that, it can take up to 2 banking days before you can view them in your account.

Please enclose a note in the package with either name or order. The package must be returned within 30 days (From delivery date) to the following address:

Please attach a note with either your name or order number so that we can process the return as soon as possible. We recommend that you send the tracking package so that you can also keep an eye on whether it has been delivered to us. Packaging and condition of the item must be as upon receipt. Feel free to use another bag for shipping if the bag the package came in is broken.

THE STATE OF THE GOOD WHEN YOU RETURN IT

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.

Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not put it into actual use.

WARRANTY

A 2-year warranty is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

Apair will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
