We ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties may apply in countries outside the EU as well as Norway and England . Apair is not responsible for customs duties outside Denmark. It is therefore the customer's own responsibility to investigate customs regulations in the country where they wish the goods to be delivered.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Was your order not as expected or do you want a different size?

RIGHT OF CANCELATION

There is a 30-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

We will refund your money once we have received the return. You will receive an email informing you that the refund has been made. It may take up to 2-3 banking days before you can see it in your account.

Protect the goods in the same packaging in which it was received. Reuse the blue shipping bag or use another bag for protection.
The product and packaging must be in the same condition as upon receipt .

REPLACEMENT
If you want a new size, simply order it online while it is still in stock and return the wrong size as stated above under 'Returns'. We will quickly refund the money for your "wrong size" as soon as it is received.

RETURNS FOR COUNTRIES OTHER THAN DENMARK, SWEDEN AND FINLAND
When returning an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Include a note in the package.
    The note must include either your name or order number so that we can quickly process your return.

  2. Return within 30 days
    The return must be made no later than 30 days after the delivery date .

  3. Send the package to this address:

  4. Shipping and packaging
  • We recommend that you send the package with tracking so that you can follow the delivery yourself.
  • The product and packaging must be in the same condition as upon receipt .
  • You are welcome to use another bag or box if the original is damaged.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK

You are welcome to try on the product as you would in a physical store – for example, try on the shoes indoors.

You are only liable for any loss of value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties and function.

If the item has been used beyond this, we may consider it used and only refund a portion of the purchase price – or in some cases not at all – depending on the resale value of the item.

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it – i.e. tried on but not used.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sales Act. The warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing – not damage caused by improper use.

HOW TO PROCEED WITH A COMPLAINT

To make the process easy and quick, we ask that you do one of the following:

Once we have assessed the complaint, we will return with the next step.
