Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. Apair therefore has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations. A binding order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you once we have shipped the goods you have ordered.

When you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic receipt of receipt of your order.

Please note that the automatic response (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereby an agreement has been entered into.

PAYMENT TERMS
Apair accepts payment with MobilePay, Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB.

Our payment system via Shopify reserves the amount in your account, and the money is only withdrawn when the item is shipped , unless otherwise stated.

When picking up in store, the amount is generally only deducted upon pickup.
However, we reserve the right to withdraw the amount earlier in the following cases:

• For pre-orders
  
• For in-store pickup later than 5 days after ordering

This is because we are not allowed to reserve the amount for more than 6 days, according to the card issuer's rules.

Apair uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you visit our webshop, we collect and process information that can be attributed to you to some extent. This happens, for example, when you:

• access and click around the page
• sign up for our newsletter
• participate in competitions or surveys
• creating an account
• makes purchases via the website

When paying with MobilePay, we use Quickpay as a gateway, which also ensures encrypted and protected data processing.

Your card information is treated confidentially and is not stored at Apair.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

RETURNS FOR COUNTRIES OTHER THAN DENMARK, SWEDEN AND FINLAND

There is a 30-day full right of return on items purchased from our Webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sales Act. The warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing – not damage caused by improper use.

CONDITION OF THE GOODS UPON RETURN
You are welcome to try on the product as you would in a physical store – for example, try on the shoes indoors.

You are only liable for any loss of value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties and function.

If the item has been used beyond this, we may consider it used and only refund a portion of the purchase price – or in some cases not at all – depending on the resale value of the item.

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as you received it – i.e. tried on but not used .
