We ship to all over the world.
Please note that customs duties may occur in the country in question outside the EU & Norway. Apair is not responsible for customs duties outside Denmark. It is therefore the customer’s own responsibility to investigate the customs regulations in their country where they want the goods delivered.
In Denmark we ship with free shipping and returns within 30 days on all items incl. Clarence Stores.

RETURN & CLAIM APAIR
30 days full and free returns are given on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
Return in Denmark
If you wish to return your item, simply use the return label included with the order at delivery. Please also fill out the selected form so that we can process your return as soon as possible.
If you want the money back, we will credit them upon receipt of the shoes. From here it can take 1-3 business days before you can see them in your account, depending on the bank.
Do you want to switch to a different size?
You simply return the wrong size to us with your return label and order the right size on our website to ensure the right size is in stock.
Return outside of Denmark
If you want to return your item outside of Denmark, please send the package to:
RETURNS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
Please enclose a note in the package with either name or order. The package must be returned within 30 days (From delivery date) to the following address:
1101 Copenhagen K.
Please attach a note with either your name or order number so that we can process your return as soon as possible. We recommend that you send the tracking package so that you can also keep an eye on whether it has been delivered to us. Packaging and condition of the item must be as upon receipt. Feel free to use another bag for shipping if the bag the package came in is broken.

THE STATE OF THE GOOD WHEN YOU RETURN IT
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not put it into actual use.
A 2-year warranty is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Apair will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
