Delivery of orders

Delivery of orders through our website is not a legally binding agreement. Apair therefore has the opportunity to cancel your order due to typographical errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. Binding order confirmation / invoice will be sent to you once we have shipped the items you have ordered.

Once you have placed an order through our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail, indicating which items you have ordered. It is only an electronic receipt for receiving your order.

You must be aware that the automated response (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation, whereby an agreement has been entered into.

 

Payment

Apair receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Bambora (epay) reserves the amount of your account. The transaction on your creditcard will not go through before the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK & EUR and are incl. VAT.

Apair uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all of your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can not read your information.

All payments by credit card are made via a secure SSL connection, ensuring that your payment information is not available to third parties. Payment is made through a secure encrypted method in the webshop system, as well as a secure payment gateway. A payment gateway works like the physical credit card terminal, which is managed by bambora / epay, which complies with PCI DSS certification - A certification that defines requirements for storage, transfer and handling of credit card data.

 

Why do we collect data?

Your contact information is stored solely for the purpose of processing and sending your order. When collecting personal information through the webshop, your full acceptance takes place as it is not possible to complete a purchase unless these terms of trade are approved. It is your assurance that we have informed exactly what information is collected and why. When you make a purchase, your IP address is registered for security reasons.

IP address and possibly. Personal information may be disclosed to the police in the event of fraud and credit card fraud.

 

Security

Information provided on the webshop is not disclosed or sold in any way to third parties. In addition, all personally sensitive information is stored on highly secured servers.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all of Scandinavia, Germany, France, Italy, UK & USA. Please note that customs may occur in the country outside the EU and Norway. Apair is not responsible for customs outside Denmark. It is therefore the customer's own responsibility to investigate customs rules in the country in which they wish the goods are delivered.

We do not make returns from Norway. It is therefore the customer's own responsibility to have the package returned from Norway to Apair, Ny Østergade 3, 1101 KBH K - Denmark if the package is to be exchanged or the money returned.

 

The rest of the world:

Delivery 249 DKK
Delivery within 14 days

We do not make returns from countries other than Sweden and Denmark. It is therefore the customer's own responsibility to return the package to Apair, Ny Østergade 3, 1101 KBH K - Denmark if the package is to be exchanged or the money returned.

 

Please note that there may be additional delivery times in countries where the package is through customs clearance.
