RETURNS

Denmark & Sweden – free return

Please send an email to webshop@apair.dk that you would like to receive a return label, which we will send to you by email. Please leave a note about how we should handle your return by exchange or money back on your account. We will handle your return when we have received the return.  If you want the money back from your return, please note that the amount will be transferred to the same credit card as you paid the order with. Please note that it  may take a few days, before you will be able to see the  money on your bank account.

 

Other Countries

Ship the goods within 14 days of delivery to the following address:

Your original shipping fee will be reimbursed with the cost of the goods

The money will be returned within 14 days via the registered account

Goods returned must be accompanied by original invoice and in original box and wrapping.

All products returned to shop.apair.dk must be securely wrapped.

Damage caused by inadequate packaging may be that your rights are removed.

We recommend that the product is returned via Post Nord, and the product is sent as a package. 

In this way it is possible to track the package in the Post Nord system

and waives any doubt as to whether the product has been returned to Apair. 

 

NOTE ! There is no return of goods manufactured specially to suit your individual needs if production or adaptation has begun.

PRICES AND CONTRACTS

All prices include VAT . 25 % VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  


WARRENTY

As a consumer you have a 2 year warranty, which means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

This condition of the claim must be justified. 

If the product breaks during the warranty period, we repair free of charge on our or the manufacturer's workshop.

Damage to products caused by error handling, modifications or gross misuse by the user, is not covered by the warranty. 

 


COMPLAINTS

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise: please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
