Placing an order through our website is not a legally binding agreement. Apair therefore has the opportunity to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failure and similar situations. Binding order confirmation / invoice will be sent to you when we have shipped the goods you have ordered.
Once you place an order through our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic receipt for receiving your order.
Please note that the automated response (via email) is not a legally binding order confirmation whereby an agreement is made.
Apair receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Bambora (epay) will reserve the amount in your account. The money will only be deducted from your account to us when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK & EUR and are incl. VAT.
Apair uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we cannot read your information.
When you visit our website, we collect information about you that is used to personalize and improve our content and to increase the value of the ads that appear on the page. If you do not want information collected, you should delete your cookies (see instructions) and refrain from further use of the website. Below we have elaborated on what information is collected, their purpose and which third parties have access to it.

Personal information is any kind of information that may be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such information. It happens, for example by regular access to content if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user, use other services or make purchases via the website.
We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click on (interests). To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and enter the information yourself, you will also be processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically be associated with login creation or purchase.
Secure and encrypted online payment
All credit card payments are made via a secure SSL connection, which ensures that your payment information is not available to third parties. Payment is made through a secure encrypted method in the Webshop system, as well as a secure payment gateway. A payment gateway works just like the physical Dankort terminal, which is managed by bambora / epay, which complies with PCI DSS certification – A certification that defines the requirements for storing, transferring and handling credit card data.
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired, or come to the attention of unauthorized persons, abused or otherwise treated in violation of the law.
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to record your purchases and payments, and to provide the services you have requested, such as to submit a newsletter. In addition, we use the information to optimize our services and content.
Period of storage
The information is stored for the length of time allowed by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background of the storage. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general period for when information is deleted, but it is important for us that we respect the rights we have and therefore do not retain the information for longer than allowed.
Disclosure of information

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship all over the world. Please note that customs duties may occur in the country in question outside the EU & Norway. Apair is not responsible for customs duties outside Denmark. It is therefore the customer’s own responsibility to investigate the customs regulations in their country where they want the goods delivered.

RETURN & CLAIM APAIR
30 days full and free returns are given on goods purchased in our Webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
Return from Denmark
If you wish to return your item, simply use the return label included with the order at delivery. Please also fill out the selected form so that we can process your return as soon as possible. However if you have not received the return form, you can still return your order and we will be able to find the information we need on the return label on the package.
If you want your money back, we will credit them upon receipt of the shoes. From here it can take 1-3 business days before you can see them in your account, depending on the bank.
Do you want to switch to a different size?
You simply return the wrong size to us with your return label and order the right size on our website to ensure the right size is in stock.
Return outside Denmark
If you want to return your item outside of Denmark, please send the package to:

Please enclose a note in the package with either name or order. The package must be returned within 30 days (From delivery date) to the following address:

Please attach a note with either your name or order number so that we can process the return as soon as possible. We recommend that you send the tracking package so that you can also keep an eye on whether it has been delivered to us. Packaging and condition of the item must be as upon receipt. Feel free to use another bag for shipping if the bag the package came in is broken.

THE STATE OF THE GOOD WHEN YOU RETURN IT
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not put it into actual use.
A 2-year warranty is granted under the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Apair will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
